Diversity & Unconscious Bias

You know about the potential of a diversity-oriented and diversity-affirming society. But when you look around your immediate surroundings, you see a circle characterised primarily by homogeneity. You are open to new and unfamiliar things, but there is a lack of practical ideas to initiate the necessary change processes in your professional or private life. Are you ready to face up to your privileged position and the responsibility that comes with it?

If your answer to this question is "yes" and you would like help or support with aspects of diversity and unconscious bias, you have come to the right place. The focus of my trainings is to raise critical awareness of one’s own privileges. The aim is to strengthen all participants in such a way that they can and want to participate self-confidently, effectively and, above all, actively in the shaping of these necessary change processes. The motto is: Out of the paralysing feeling of powerlessness, into the joyful ability to act. The only thing your team needs for this is the willingness to engage in these development processes. Having fun with this kind of process is a positive amplifier.

Kerstin is a supervisor for our team. In this role, she provides clear framework conditions and rules for the supervision sessions, which enables good cooperation. She is clear and transparent in her communication and can also structure multi-layered problem situations well in order to point out possibilities for action. She has a good feeling for the mood and individuals in the group and gives us the opportunity to bring in issues that are important for our work and discuss them in the supervision. She knows how to use appropriate methods to gain knowledge and insight. Kerstin brings the necessary openness to diversity in the group. Everyone is taken along in the supervision.

I feel that my concerns and questions are taken seriously, and I find solutions to problems. I appreciate her friendly, respectful and appreciative manner. She has a lively, cheerful demeanour and spreads optimism. Kerstin is an all-round trustworthy person.
